One of our main goals is to recruit, attract, hire, and retain highly qualified staff to ensure that our students receive the best education. Each year Human Resources is responsible for providing a comprehensive program of benefits for employees, as well as a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain highly qualified staff. Human Resources also hires auxiliary staff, classified staff and substitute teachers. Applications are accepted year round and remain active for one year from the initial application date.
Application Procedures for Professional Positions
District employees and outside-of-district applicants must provide the following by deadline:

- A current resume stating applicant’s education and experience
- Official Transcripts
- Certification(s)
- Three references
- License(s)
- Acceptance letter from Alternative Certification Program with a copy of TExES results

District employees and outside-of-district applicants must provide the following by deadline:

All documents requested must be submitted to consider your application complete. Your letter of interest, resume and application must be on file in the Human Resources Department before the deadline date posted on the job announcement.
