Catering Services for In-District Events

We are pleased to offer catering services for in-district events. To ensure the highest quality of service and adequate staffing, please follow the procedures outlined below:

Catering Procedures:

  • Advance Notice: Reservation requests should be submitted at least ten (10) school days in advance.

  • Order Submission: Please complete the [Catering Order Form] and email all requests to food@southsanisd.net.

  • Purchase Order Requirement: An approved Purchase Order made out to the Food Service Catering Account (Vendor #20893) must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.

  • After-Hours Service Fee: Events requiring setup after 3:00 PM will incur a $25 catering labor fee.

  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
