The South San ISD Technology department is dedicated to providing technical help to students and teachers during while our campuses are closed.
Students, parents, and teachers can email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive assistance with any technology related issues. Please include your name, student's ID number (if applicable), and a good contact number. Our helpdesk email reaches every member of our deparment and is the best way to contact us. During these busy days, emailing a single person in the departmetn may cause delays in getting a resolution to your issue.
Parents and staff may also call 210-977-7095 to receive live assistance from our technicians between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM. After hours, you may leave a voicemail and someone will return your call the following day.
