    As a new hire, you have 30 days from your date of hire to make your benefit selections. Please take time to thoroughly review the plans so that you don't miss your opportunity to add valuable benefits that can assist you and your family in a time of need.

    South San Antonio ISD works with BayBridge Administrators to ensure that all eligible employees enroll into benefits. Even if you plan on declining your benefits, you'll need to make that declaration for ACA reporting purposes. You will also need to add a beneficiary to your district-paid life insurance plan.

    Once your new hire window to select benefits closes, you can only make changes (add or drop coverage/s) during the district's annual open enrollment period, or if you experience a qualifying event
